A new Square Enix game 'Blood of Bahamut' has a teaser site and a countdown clock launched. The game is set to be revealed in 5 days, and looks to be heavily inspired by Shadow of the Colossus, no mention of which platform yet though!

Sony has finally welcomed Level 5's WKC onto the PSN.
Two videos of the game, (the TGS 08 cinematic trailer, and another video) have been uploaded onto the Japanese playstation store.186mb for the TGS trailer

Valkyria Chronicles gets it's own anime series!

Valkyria Chronicles [PS3] will be getting an anime series in Spring 2009! The animation will be by A-1 Pictures, the studio founded by Sony that worked on Persona Trinity Soul and Birdy Decode.
